Overview

Remote usability tests were conducted using a high-fidelity prototype with four participants based in Japan, via remote video calls. The purpose for testing was to observe how users are conduct certain tasks and uncover their thought processes while doing so. The test will also help identify user frustrations as well as errors, and assess whether they are recoverable. Lastly, this test also allows us to hear the user’s overall impressions of the design.
