Introduction

Hi there, my name is Crystal. Thank you for taking the time out of your schedule to talk with me. I am conducting research on adding a translation feature a social messaging application, allowing users to select which messages to translate with 1-2 taps. The purpose of this interview is to learn more about the motivations, likes and dislikes, and pain points of users who exchange messages in their non-native language.
